Prices and Payment Terms:

Prices for Products are shown on the GOLF.com ProShop Web Site, but GOLF.com ProShop retains the right to change its Product prices at any time by updates posted on the GOLF.com ProShop Web Site. Terms of payment are within GOLF.com ProShop’s sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by GOLF.com ProShop, payment must be made at time of placement of the Order. Payment for the Orders will be made by credit card, unless GOLF.com ProShop accepts in writing wire transfer or some other prearranged payment method. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express for your shopping convenience.

 

Shipping Policy

 

Delivery Guidelines

We process customer orders every business day, Monday through Friday. Residential customer deliveries are made by our carriers Monday through Saturday. All commercial deliveries are made Monday through Friday. Our carriers do not deliver on national holidays and Sundays. All U.S. military shipments are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Our goal is to ship all orders within one business day of payment verification. Orders requiring expedited service must be received, processed, and have the payment verification process completed by 12 PM EST to be shipped that same business day.
*We cannot accommodate requests for expedited service for orders paid with a money order, check or PayPal e-check.
**Also, please note that we cannot process orders with Post Office Box addresses.

 

Continental U.S. – Economy

Economy shipping is an economical way for customers to save on shipping costs when expedited delivery service is not necessary and shipping in the continental U.S. Typical transit time usually average 5 business days. Deliveries to certain remote areas may experience slightly longer transit times. You will receive a tracking number and an estimated delivery date via email once your order has been shipped from our facilities. Depending upon an item’s weight, warehouse location, quantity, and your address the order may ship either FedEx, DHL, or USPS.

 

Continental U.S. – Standard/Ground

Some customers may choose to utilize the Standard / Ground selection for deliveries within the continental U.S. Delivery times vary by location; Transit times usually average 4 business days following shipment from our warehouse facilities. Depending upon an item’s weight, warehouse location, quantity, and your address the order may ship either FedEx, DHL, or USPS.

U.S. Expedited Shipment Options

We offer several options for expedited shipments for U.S. customers:

Next Day: Delivered next business day to most US cities.
  • EXAMPLE 1:
    If order is placed on a Monday before 12 PM EST, the order will be delivered that Tuesday.
    If ordered on a Monday after 12 PM EST, the order will be delivered that Wednesday.
  • EXAMPLE 2:
    If order is placed on a Thursday before 12 PM EST, the order will be delivered that Friday.
    If ordered on a Thursday after 12 PM EST, the order will be delivered the following Monday.
2 Day: Delivered in 2 business days to most US cities.
  • EXAMPLE 1:
    If order is placed on a Monday before 12 PM EST, the order will be delivered that Wednesday.
    If ordered on a Monday after 12 PM EST, the order will be delivered that Thursday.
  • EXAMPLE 2:
    If order is placed on a Wednesday before 12 PM EST, the order will be delivered that Friday.
    If ordered on a Wednesday after 12 PM EST, the order will be delivered the following Monday.
3 Day: Delivery by the third business day to the Continental US only.
  • EXAMPLE 1:
    If order is placed on a Monday before 12 PM EST, the order will be delivered that Thursday.
    If ordered on a Monday after 12 PM EST, the order will be delivered that Friday.
  • EXAMPLE 2:
    If order is placed on a Tuesday before 12 PM EST, the order will be delivered that Friday.
    If ordered on a Tuesday after 12 PM EST, the order will be delivered the following Monday.

Return Shipping Charges

FedEx drop off charge $7.99 (savings of $4.00 on a $11.99 average) using our FedEx label.

 

Return Policy

  1. You may return any item, with the exception of custom or personalized products, for any reason within 60 days of receipt of the product for a complete refund of the product price.
  2. The return shipping and/or pickup costs will be deducted from your merchandise credit or refund, except when the return is due to our error.
  3. Product must be returned in the same condition as it was sold, except for Playability Guarantee items.
  4. Item must not be used nor altered and must include all inserts and accessories, if applicable.
  5. If the item has been used or is not in the same condition as it was sold, a 15% restocking fee may be applied or your return refused.

Refunds will be issued within 5-7 days of receipt and inspection of the items. If you paid for your order with a gift certificate and or credit card or PayPal combination the refund will be credited to the gift certificate first and balance will then be refunded to the credit card or PayPal account.


All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment. 30 Day Playability items returned will be refunded via a GOLF.com / GlobalGolf e-gift card.

 

International Returns

For returns from outside the continental US, you may use our on-line returns center but you are not eligible for a shipping label. You are responsible for choosing an international delivery service (not expedited) and paying any shipping cost. You will be credited for your shipping cost if the return was due to a GlobalGolf error. Shipping charges for returned items that are not a result of GlobalGolf error will not be refunded. Please be sure to send a copy of your shipping charges with your package.

 

Refunds will be issued within 5-7 days of receipt and inspection of the items. All refunds will be issued in US currency. The conversion from foreign currency to US currency depends on currency exchange rates. We issue refunds based on the exchange rate at the time of purchase. If you paid for your order with a gift certificate and or credit card or PayPal combination the refund will be credited to the gift certificate first and balance will then be refunded to the credit card or PayPal account. All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment. 30-Day Playability items returned will be refunded via a GlobalGolf e-gift card.

  

Shipping Promotions

If a free shipping or similar promotion was applied to a prior order, the amount of that promotion will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer for any returned items. This excludes those returns that result from the error of GlobalGolf or product exchanges.
